At SAMEBIKE, we are committed to delivering your new electric bike safely, quickly, and efficiently. Thanks to our local EU warehouses, you can hit the road in no time.

1. Shipping Area

We proudly ship directly from our local European warehouses. Currently, we offer FREE SHIPPING to most countries within the European Union.

Countries we ship to include: Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, and more.

Note: Due to courier restrictions, we currently do not ship to islands, overseas territories, or certain remote areas (e.g., Cyprus, Malta, Canary Islands, French Overseas Territories). If your address falls into an undeliverable zone, our customer service team will contact you to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days. (Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day).
  • Transit Time: 3-7 Business Days (Depending on your exact location in the EU).

*Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we partner with reliable couriers like [DPD / DHL / UPS], occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, peak holiday seasons, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer 100% Free Shipping on all electric bikes delivered within our standard EU shipping zones. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

For smaller accessories or spare parts ordered separately from an e-bike, a small shipping fee may apply at checkout depending on the package weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website after receiving the email.

5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. We can process changes free of charge if the order has not yet left our warehouse.
  • After Dispatch: Once the package is handed over to the courier, we cannot change the address or cancel the order directly. If you refuse the package upon delivery or request a return due to an address error on your part, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack every SAMEBIKE securely, but transit damage can occasionally happen.

  • Please inspect the box upon delivery. If you notice severe damage to the packaging, take photos before opening it.
  • If the bike itself is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damage, and we will arrange replacement parts or a solution immediately.
  • If your tracking shows «Delivered» but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local courier office first. If it is still missing, contact us within 3 days so we can open an investigation with the courier.
